wAI-Finder · AI Risk & Opportunity Triage
Find your safest, highest-value AI next step.
A focused 90-minute working session with the people who own the decision, plus artifacts that tell your team what to do next. Research is AI-assisted and human-reviewed, using public and client-approved non-sensitive materials. Your brief arrives within 5 business days.
What wAI-Finder is
Most teams stall on AI not because they lack ideas, but because they lack a clear, evidence-based way to decide. Generic frameworks don’t help. A free 30-minute sales call doesn’t help. wAI-Finder is the alternative: a structured working product that produces a decision brief, a use-case and risk map, and a recommended next step within two weeks.
The deliverables are yours to keep, share, and act on, whether or not you continue with AlignIQ.
What you get
- AI-assisted, human-reviewed research on your organization, using public information and client-approved non-sensitive materials
- A focused 90-minute working session with the people who own the decision
- An SBAR-style decision brief: situation, background, assessment, recommendation
- A use-case and risk map specific to your context
- An allowed, restricted, and not-yet decision table the team can apply immediately
- Five custom AI test cards, each with safe input guidance, draft prompts, review steps, and success measures
- A recommended next step (Ethical AI Guardrails, Workflow Upgrade with AI, training component, or pause)
- Up to 30 minutes of follow-up clarifications inside two weeks of delivery
Sometimes the answer is not yet. A wAI-Finder can conclude that your team is not ready for AI investment in a particular area. You keep every artifact either way, and the brief explains why and what to revisit later. We would rather tell you that than sell you the next engagement.
How it works
Most wAI-Finder engagements take 1 to 2 weeks from intake to delivered brief. You receive the brief and test cards within 5 business days after the working session.
- Intake (asynchronous). A short structured form, plus any non-sensitive public materials you want us to read.
- AI-assisted, human-reviewed research. We use public information and client-approved non-sensitive materials to map context. Findings are reviewed by AlignIQ before the session.
- Working session (90 minutes). Live, with the people who own the decision.
- Brief and artifacts (within 5 business days of the session). SBAR-style brief, use-case and risk map, decision table, five custom AI test cards, recommended next step.
- Follow-up window. Up to 30 minutes of clarifications inside two weeks of delivery.
Already run the free Snapshot?
The free AI Opportunity & Risk Snapshot tells you what is true about your organisation right now: two scores, coverage by dimension, and the moves worth making. It takes three minutes and nobody has to be in a room.
wAI-Finder is the next step, and it answers a different question: what your team is going to do about it. The value is the 90 minutes with the people who own the decision, and the artifacts they can act on afterwards. Bring your Snapshot to the session and we will start from it.
If you bought the €49 full Snapshot report, that €49 is credited toward wAI-Finder.
Pricing
Prices listed in EUR. USD pricing available for US and international clients on request. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.
wAI-Finder
From €950 (community entry). Standard organisational rate €1,500.
What shifts the rate
Team size, stakeholder complexity, and depth of research scope. Smaller nonprofits and grant-funded teams may qualify for community-rate options where capacity allows.
Confidentiality and boundaries
We use public information and client-approved, non-sensitive materials. We do not ask you to share confidential, privileged, client-identifiable, donor-identifiable, HR, or safeguarding-sensitive data. If sensitive material is relevant, we design around it using redacted examples, categories, or process descriptions.
Sensitive, confidential, privileged, or client-identifiable information should not be entered into public AI tools. AlignIQ does not provide legal advice. wAI-Finder is not a security audit, vendor contract review, or compliance certification.
Frequently asked questions
What if our team is small (under 10 staff)?
Often a good fit, and the community-entry rate may apply. We size the working session based on who makes the decision. For a small team, that may be two or three people.
What format is the brief delivered in?
A short SBAR-style document (PDF and editable formats), plus the use-case and risk map, the decision table, and the five test cards. Designed to be shared internally without further explanation.
Is this better than an AI analysis?
The free Snapshot answers what’s true about us, and a facilitated session answers what we should do about it, with the people who can decide.
Do you need access to our internal systems?
No. We use public information and the non-sensitive materials you approve to share. We do not request access to internal databases, donor records, HR systems, or client files.
Can we record the working session?
Yes, your team is welcome to record. We don’t record by default and don’t retain session recordings.
What happens if the recommended next step is “pause”?
You still keep all the artifacts. “Pause” usually means the team isn’t ready for AI investment in a specific area yet, and the brief explains why and what to revisit later. Many teams find that clarity is itself worth the engagement.
I’m an individual leader, not a team. Is wAI-Finder still for me?
wAI-Finder is built for organization or team-level decisions. If you’re personally responsible for AI decisions on behalf of a team but want a leader-level orientation (decision rights, review gates, communication, the next 90 days), look at AI Leadership Calibration instead.

Not a team decision? Look at AI Leadership Calibration
If you’re not looking for an organization-level scan, but you are personally responsible for team AI decisions, the AI Leadership Calibration may be a better fit. It helps leaders calibrate decision rights, review gates, communication, accountability, and the next 90 days.
What AlignIQ does and doesn’t do. AlignIQ does not provide legal advice. Our work is not a security audit, a vendor contract review, or a compliance certification. Sensitive, confidential, privileged, or client-identifiable information should not be entered into public AI tools. High-stakes AI outputs require human review. Tool and vendor choices may need separate legal, security, or compliance review, and we’ll flag where that applies.
