wAI-Finder
A focused working session plus usable artifacts that tell your team what to do next. AI-assisted, human-reviewed research using public and client-approved non-sensitive materials, a 90-minute working session, and an SBAR-style brief delivered within 5 business days.
What wAI-Finder is
Most teams stall on AI not because they lack ideas, but because they lack a clear, evidence-based way to decide. Generic frameworks don’t help. A free 30-minute sales call doesn’t help. wAI-Finder is the alternative: a structured working product that produces a decision brief, a use-case and risk map, and a recommended next step within two weeks.
The deliverables are yours to keep, share, and act on, whether or not you continue with AlignIQ.
What you get
- AI-assisted, human-reviewed research on your organization, using public information and client-approved non-sensitive materials
- A focused 90-minute working session with the people who own the decision
- An SBAR-style decision brief: situation, background, assessment, recommendation
- A use-case and risk map specific to your context
- An allowed, restricted, and not-yet decision table the team can apply immediately
- Five custom AI test cards, each with safe input guidance, draft prompts, review steps, and success measures
- A recommended next step (Ethical AI Guardrails, Workflow Upgrade with AI, training component, or pause)
- Up to 30 minutes of follow-up clarifications inside two weeks of delivery
How it works
Most wAI-Finder engagements take 1 to 2 weeks from intake to delivered brief. You receive the brief and test cards within 5 business days after the working session.
Why this isn’t a sales call
A sales call collects information for the seller. wAI-Finder produces something for you: a brief, a map, a decision table, and five custom AI test cards with safe input guidance, draft prompts, review steps, and success measures. You can use the artifacts that way whether or not you continue with AlignIQ.
Confidentiality and boundaries
We use public information and client-approved, non-sensitive materials. We do not ask you to share confidential, privileged, client-identifiable, donor-identifiable, HR, or safeguarding-sensitive data. If sensitive material is relevant, we design around it using redacted examples, categories, or process descriptions.
Sensitive, confidential, privileged, or client-identifiable information should not be entered into public AI tools. AlignIQ does not provide legal advice. wAI-Finder is not a security audit, vendor contract review, or compliance certification.

For individual leaders: AI Leadership Calibration
If you’re not looking for an organization-level scan, but you are personally responsible for team AI decisions, the AI Leadership Calibration may be a better fit. It helps leaders calibrate decision rights, review gates, communication, accountability, and the next 90 days.
Frequently asked questions
What if our team is small (under 10 staff)?
Often a good fit, and the community-entry rate may apply. We size the working session to who actually makes the decision. For a small team, that may be two or three people.
What format is the brief delivered in?
A short SBAR-style document (PDF and editable formats), plus the use-case and risk map, the decision table, and the five test cards. Designed to be shared internally without further explanation.
Do you need access to our internal systems?
No. We use public information and the non-sensitive materials you approve to share. We do not request access to internal databases, donor records, HR systems, or client files.
Can we record the working session?
Yes, your team is welcome to record. We don’t record by default and don’t retain session recordings.
What happens if the recommended next step is “pause”?
You still keep all the artefacts. “Pause” usually means the team isn’t ready for AI investment in a specific area yet, and the brief explains why and what to revisit later. Many teams find that clarity is itself worth the engagement.
I’m an individual leader, not a team. Is wAI-Finder still for me?
wAI-Finder is built for organization or team-level decisions. If you’re personally responsible for AI decisions on behalf of a team but want a leader-level orientation (decision rights, review gates, communication, the next 90 days), look at AI Leadership Calibration instead.
