We’re moving beyond the so-called information age, where better information bottlenecked output. We’re moving into a period where what’s scarce is a clear picture of what’s worth building, and the willingness to test it. The canvas has expanded, and the tools available to anyone who wants to make something have exploded.
This is the imagination age, not the intelligence age.
That puts compassion, wisdom, and connection – central to grounding imagination – in much shorter supply than computational intelligence.
There are new skills to go from holding a vision to acting on it with new tools. Our work is helping mission-driven teams develop the AI skills that further their mission today, and in a future where the pace of change and, with it, opportunity for change, may not slow down.
