AlignIQ B.V. — Terms of Service

1. Who we are. AlignIQ B.V., J.M. Keynesplein 1, 1066 EP Amsterdam, Netherlands. KVK 96948124. Contact: info@aligniq.ai.
2. Scope. These terms govern your use of the AlignIQ website and our paid services, including (a) the AI Policy Health Check, (b) consulting and advisory engagements, and (c) training and classes. A specific engagement may have its own signed agreement or statement of work, which prevails over these terms where they conflict. Some services are currently sold through partners (e.g. Nonprofit Builder); those sales may also be subject to the partner’s terms.
3. The AI Policy Health Check. The tool analyzes an AI policy you provide and returns a report of strengths, gaps, and suggested fixes. The report is AI-generated guidance, not legal, compliance, or professional advice, and we make no warranty that it is accurate, complete, or suitable for your situation. You are responsible for decisions you make based on it. Do not submit personal data or confidential information into the tool.
4. Consulting and training. Scope, deliverables, and fees for consulting and training are set out in the applicable proposal, statement of work, or course description. Those services are advisory; outcomes are not guaranteed.
5. Prices and payment. Prices are shown at purchase. The AI Policy Health Check paid report is €49 (one-time, VAT handling as indicated at checkout), processed by Stripe. Other services are billed as agreed in the applicable proposal or via the partner platform.
6. Refunds. For the AI Policy Health Check paid report: if you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase at [email]. Refunds for consulting and training follow the terms of the applicable agreement.
7. Acceptable use. Don’t misuse the services: no unlawful content, no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or scrape the tools, and no submission of content you don’t have the right to submit.
8. Intellectual property. AlignIQ owns the website, tools, question banks, and materials. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and you receive a license to use the report we generate for you. You may not resell or republish our tools or materials without permission.
9. Disclaimers and liability. The services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in the tools or reports is legal advice. To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, AlignIQ’s total liability arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
10. Privacy. We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes. We may update these terms; the current version is posted here with its date.
12. Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the courts of Amsterdam.
