Practical AI support for purpose-driven teams.
AlignIQ helps nonprofits, B Corps, and mission-driven teams make clearer AI decisions, set safer guardrails, and improve recurring workflows while keeping trust, quality, and mission in sight.

Choose your starting point
Where teams usually start.
Each one produces something you can use: a skill your team keeps, rules you can apply, or a decision you can defend.
Need more in-house skills?
Cohort training built on your team’s real work. Staff keep the skills, and you get Article 4 evidence.
Need shared rules?
A guided policy co-build. Your team decides the rules; we help draft, stress-test, and hand them over.
Not sure where AI fits?
A focused working session plus artifacts that tell your team what to do next. Not a sales call.
Also available: Workflow Upgrade with AI and AI Leadership Calibration.

Nobody was required to attend. 23 of 38 came to four sessions or more.
A five-week AI literacy program with 38 participants across a grantee network. 23 attended four or more of the five sessions; 27 attended at least three. Attendance was entirely voluntary, up to 10 hours across a working month.
“AlignIQ has the right philosophy for helping teams find AI workflows that meaningfully accelerate productivity.” — Edward W. (10/10)
“Dan’s expertise in AI is clear, and his guidance is grounded in real limits and responsibilities.” — Sarah J., UC San Diego (8/10)
How we work
People leave more careful, not more excited
Ask participants what they took away, and they say things like “when and when not to use AI.” That’s the intended result. Plenty of people will sell you enthusiasm, but that leaves you needing more direction for responsible use the next day.
You leave with rules specific enough to follow
A red/yellow/green rule for what data goes in which tool, and prompt frameworks whose value compounds after the session. When we ask what stuck, those are what people name.
We measure whether it worked, and tell you what we find
We survey participants weeks later on whether the work got faster. Some say not yet. With backgrounds in healthcare data science, statistics, education, and media literacy, we use feedback to improve effectiveness.
